1. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate personal details. One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts and automated sign-ups are removed without payout.
2. Membership plans
Access to review tasks requires an active plan. Each plan lists the countries it unlocks and how long it lasts. Plans are paid via M-Pesa and are activated once Safaricom confirms the payment.
- Tasks outside your plan's countries stay locked and cannot be submitted.
- Plan fees are non-refundable once tasks have been unlocked.
- Prices and country coverage may change; changes never affect a plan already active.
3. Review standards
Every review must describe your own genuine firsthand experience. You confirm this with two declarations before submitting. Reviews are moderated before any reward is credited.
- No copied, AI-generated, invented or duplicated text.
- No paid-for opinions, defamation, hate speech or personal data of other people.
- One review per business per member.
4. Rewards and withdrawals
Approved reviews credit the stated reward to your available balance. Pending reviews are not spendable. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our team and paid to the payout details you provide. We may hold or cancel a payout while we investigate suspected fraud.
5. Referrals
Referral commission is earned when someone who signed up with your link buys their first plan: $1.55 for Static Residential Prox 1.0 and Data Center Prox 1.2, and $2.70 for Mobile Prox 2.0. Self referrals and incentivised sign-ups that never produce genuine reviews are reversed.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Rewards from rejected or fraudulent reviews are forfeited. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
