Write from real experience
Only review a business you have personally visited or bought from. Name what you ordered or which service you had, roughly when it happened, and what stood out. Concrete detail is what separates an approved review from a rejected one.
Be specific and honest
- Give the star rating that matches your experience — low ratings are welcome when deserved.
- Write at least 120 characters and no more than 1,200.
- Mention staff service, waiting time, value and cleanliness where relevant.
- Avoid naming individual employees or sharing anyone's personal details.
Automatic rejections
- Text copied from another site, another member, or one of your earlier reviews.
- AI-written or template text with no personal detail.
- Experience dates in the future, or a business you have already reviewed.
- Reviews for businesses outside the countries your plan unlocks.
- Offensive language, discrimination or defamatory claims.
The two confirmations
Before submitting you must confirm that the experience was genuinely yours and that the words are your own. These declarations are recorded with your review. Ticking them for a fabricated experience is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeited rewards.
If a review is rejected
You will see the moderator's reason on your My reviews page. Most rejections can be fixed by adding real detail and resubmitting for a different business.
