What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted).
- Review content: ratings, titles, review text, experience dates and private notes.
- Payments: M-Pesa transaction references, plan purchases and withdrawal requests.
- Referrals: which member invited you and whether the referral converted to a plan.
How we use it
To verify eligibility for tasks, moderate reviews, credit rewards, process withdrawals, pay referral commission and investigate suspicious activity. We do not sell your data.
Who can see your reviews
Moderators see your review with your member name so they can check authenticity. Businesses receive aggregated feedback. Referred members only ever see a masked version of each other's email address.
Payments
M-Pesa payments are processed by Safaricom. We store the transaction reference and amount, never your M-Pesa PIN. Payment prompts are initiated from our secure server only.
Retention and your rights
We keep records while your account is open and for as long as tax and fraud rules require afterwards. You may ask us to correct your details, export your reviews, or delete your account.
Security
Access to member data is restricted by row-level security rules, and moderation actions are written to an audit log. Report anything suspicious to the moderation team immediately.
